Emotional Release Breathwork is a powerful healing practice that uses conscious connected breathing to create transformation in the body, mind, and nervous system. Unlike everyday breathing, which is shallow and often unconscious, this technique brings awareness back to the breath—using a continuous, circular rhythm that bypasses the thinking mind and activates the body’s natural capacity to heal.
Through this process, the body begins to unlock old patterns, stress responses, and deeply held emotions that may have been suppressed for years. When we experience trauma or overwhelming emotions, the nervous system often stores these feelings in the body as “unfinished responses.”
Over time, this can lead to anxiety, overthinking, numbness, or physical tension. Breathwork gently re-opens these pathways, allowing the body to finally release what it has been holding onto.
What Happens in the Body & Nervous System?
When emotions are too intense to process in the moment, the body often “freezes” them—locking the energy in muscles, tissues, and the nervous system. Breathwork provides a safe and supported environment for these emotions to rise to the surface. By staying with the breath, you allow yourself to feel, process, and complete what was once left unfinished. This release can bring profound relief, freedom, and a renewed sense of self.
When I first began my healing journey, I spent so much time in my head. I read the books, did the courses, analysed my past, and gave names to all the patterns I could see in myself. And while that knowledge was valuable—it also created more noise, more questions, and more stories spinning around in my mind.
What I didn’t realise back then was that true healing doesn’t just happen through understanding. It happens when we allow the body to feel what it’s been holding onto. Breathwork gave me the doorway into that.
Through conscious connected breathing, I was finally able to move beyond the thinking, analysing part of myself and connect directly with my body and emotions. I didn’t need to figure everything out or have the perfect explanation—I just needed to breathe and allow what was buried to rise, release, and soften.
That’s why I love this practice so much. Breathwork creates a safe space to stop overthinking, to step out of the head and into the heart, and to truly feel. Every session brings me closer to myself, with more freedom, clarity, and peace than I ever found in endless analysing.
For most of my life, my default setting was to not feel. Growing up as the child of an alcoholic, I learned very quickly to disconnect from my emotions, it was how I survived.
That disconnection carried through my childhood, teenage years, and into adulthood. I became so good at shutting down my feelings that I didn’t even realise how far away I had drifted from myself.
Breathwork has been the practice that changed that. Through conscious connected breathing, I’ve been able to gently reconnect with my body and my emotions in a way that feels safe. Instead of shutting down or running from what’s inside, breathwork gives me the space to actually feel, to release the emotions I’ve carried for so long and to discover a deeper sense of wholeness.
I love breathwork because it gives me what I didn’t have growing up: permission to feel, a way back into my body, and a powerful tool to come home to myself.

Guided Breathwork
You’ll be gently guided through a transformative breathwork practice. Using conscious, intentional breathing techniques, we help you release tension, process emotions, and reconnect with your body. Breathwork encourages deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and a sense of inner balance.
Sound for Integration
Following the breathwork, soothing sound frequencies are used to support the integration of your session. The vibrations of carefully chosen instruments help your nervous system settle, harmonize your energy, and deepen the sense of calm and release.

To enhance reflection and insight, you’ll have the opportunity to draw an oracle card. This intuitive tool offers guidance, inspiration, and a meaningful takeaway that resonates with your current journey.
