Meditation is a gentle yet powerful practice that bring's you fully into the present moment.
Rather than dwelling on the past or anticipating the future, meditation anchors your awareness in the now, the only place life truly happens.
By learning to be fully present, you begin to experience each moment with more clarity, peace, and appreciation. Over time, this awareness ripples into your daily life, helping you respond to challenges with greater calm, enjoy life’s simple pleasures more deeply, and feel a steady sense of balance.
It’s called “Be Here Now” because that’s exactly what it teaches: the art of returning, again and again, to the present moment. The place where your power, peace, and clarity live.
Seated comfortably on chairs, you are gently invited to begin by taking deep, mindful breaths. We start with a few minutes of simple Be Here Now meditation designed to ground and calm the mind. Life can often feel busy and chaotic, but by pausing to breathe deeply, you create a centred space for the practice ahead.
Each week, Georgia leads a unique visualisation created specifically to help you let the noise of daily life fade away. These meditations can be seasonal or aligned with the moon and lunar cycles, inviting you to connect more deeply with natural rhythms and cycles of change. Once this peaceful space has been established, you’re invited to set a personal intention for your day, a meaningful focus that supports your own journey and growth.
Following this, moments of gratitude are offered to elevate your mindset, shifting your awareness toward abundance rather than lack. Then, you’ll select an oracle card, receiving a gentle message and guidance to carry with you through the day.
Throughout the entire session, the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls fill the room, helping to ease tension from both mind and body and deepen your calm.
Georgia’s hope is that every class leaves you feeling grounded, intentional, and energized — ready to carry that calm and clarity with you throughout your day.
Before I started meditating, my mind was often restless, moving quickly from one thought to the next, always overthinking, consumed by negative thoughts, and trapped in a cycle of anxiety and depression.
No matter what I did, I felt completely stuck, like I was carrying a weight I couldn’t put down.
Meditation became the doorway to something I didn’t think was possible, peace.
It’s been a journey, and one that ever continues, not an overnight change, but a space that has allowed me to release the tension I’d been holding for years. I’ve learned to let go of the past pain I kept replaying and the future stress I was endlessly anticipating.
Through having a daily practice I get to live differently. I get to be here, present in this moment, without being pulled in every direction by my thoughts. I feel lighter, freer, and more connected to myself than I ever have before. Meditation hasn’t just helped me cope, it’s led me to truly live.

No prior experience is needed. These classes are designed to be accessible and welcoming for everyone, whether you’re completely new to meditation or have practiced before.
Each session is 30 minutes long, the perfect amount of time to reset, find calm, and set your intention for the day without feeling rushed.
The classes are designed for adults and teens who can sit quietly for 30 minutes. If you have younger children interested, please reach out and we can discuss options.
Just yourself! Chairs and cushions are provided. Feel free to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Absolutely. These classes are especially helpful for calming an anxious mind and improving focus. The gentle guidance and sound therapy create a supportive environment to help ease restlessness.
The oracle card offers a gentle message or insight to inspire and guide you through your day. It’s a personal moment to reflect and connect with your intuition.
